I have a Sony VGNFZ140QE with Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor, 2 GB Ram, and Intel GMA X3100 Graphic Chipset. I can't play Call of Duty 4 with this video card. Is it possible for me to send it in to a computer shop and have them upgrade my video card so I can play CoD4?|||don't think you can, because graphics card that fit into a desktop cannot be fitted into a laptop, simply too big ... and iyour laptop seems to have a build in graphics card ... but you can always try (btw your graphics card sucks compared to your other components!)|||You should be able to run the game with this machine.
Make sure that your video card is not being starved for memory.
This card can us up to 300Mb of RAM for video display, but it may be set at only 32MB or 64MB in the BIOS.
Go into the BIOS setup program at boot, and see what the maximum video RAM is set at. If it is not set to over 128MB, change the setting and then try the game. If it still does not work, up the video RAM to 256MB, and try again. It should be able to run the game if it has enough RAM.|||NO...its not possible|||It IS possible, but ever laptop company alters their graphic cards so that it fits the specifications of the laptop. Your best bet is Yes, contact your laptop company, and I am sure they will be glad to upgrade your video card for an additional price.
